You can also download the entire IOM report or the report brief on Crossing the Quality Chasm: A new Health System for the 21st Century from www.iom.edu choose reports tab and search for the report. Select 2 of the 10 steps to lessen the gap and share examples from your own experience demonstrate how that gap is being addressed.
