Read pages 6-7 in your HOM book. You can also download the entire IOM report or the report brief on Crossing the Quality Chasm: A new Health System for the 21st Century from www.iom.edu choose reports tab and search for the report. Select 2 of the 10 steps to lessen the gap and share examples from your own experience demonstrate how that gap is being addressed.

this video will show you on to embed a youtube video. One small change to the instructions because the youtube look changed. To get to "embed" you will need to hit "share" and then you will see the embed button. the link to embed is usually pretty long because it has instructions to the computer in it.
